On the Edge of Time – Photographs and Illustrations from Etelä-Suomen Sanomat

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Every day, the photographers of Etelä-Suomen Sanomat tell stories from the Päijät-Häme region. A news photographer’s work is diverse: politics, economy, sports, and people.

Mirja Hussain, Sami Lettojärvi, Katja Luoma, and Juha Peurala present their most memorable and meaningful photographic moments from over the years in this exhibition. In addition to photographs, the exhibition also features illustrations for news stories by graphic designer Anssi Hietamaa.
