OVI KUMMAAN VIII: The Quirkiest Independence Day Pre-Party at 6 PM
Ovi Kummaan is a space for slightly quirky art and low-threshold experiences. The door to the Ovi Kummaan opens when Malva’s main doors close.
This time, behind the door is the most laid-back Independence Day pre-party is waiting behind the “Kumma Door”! Expect a cavalcade of images and stories from the nooks and crannies of our region, plus a chance to create your own visual tributes to our hometown. And of course, a DJ will keep the vibe going! Dress code: free and easy.

Place: Malva´s Workshop Space Kumma and Cellar Gallery, Päijänteenkatu 9, E-entrance. Note! Entrance directly from the Päijänteenkatu street.
No age limit
You can arrive anytime between 6 PM and 9 PM. You can come for a moment or stay for the entire time. You can participate or just hang out.

Ovi Kummaan (“A door to the quirk”) is a low-threshold and slightly strange art space that opens when Malva’s main doors close. Behind the door they mix local, image, sound, light, movement, own, borrowed, made together…
