We wish your visit to be enjoyable and safe for both you and the artworks. By following these visitor guidelines, we ensure a pleasant museum experience for everyone.
Visitor Guidelines
1. Please remember not to touch the artwork.
We protect the artwork so they can be preserved for future generations.
2. Please leave backpacks and larger bags in the storage lockers.
This makes moving through the exhibition spaces smoother and safer.
3. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the museum.
This helps us keep the spaces clean and the artworks safe.
4. Please stay with your child.
Experiencing art together is more rewarding and safer.
5. Photography is allowed without flash.
Share your experience, but please do not use flash.
6. Pets are not allowed in the museum.
Guide and assistance dogs are warmly welcomed.
Forbidden items at the museum
Due to the safety of the art works, the following may not be taken into the exhibition spaces: backpacks or large bags, umbrellas, food or drink.
Please note that studded shoes are not allowed in the museum premises. If you arrive in studded shoes, please ask the ticket office for help.
